What does an RTT© session actually feel like? It feels like a deeply relaxed state, similar to meditation, or that state of mind right before you fall asleep at night. You're completely aware and in control throughout, you simply become more open and receptive than you would be in an ordinary conversation. Most clients describe feeling calm, safe, and often surprised by how naturally things come up when in this state of mind.
Do I need to know exactly what's wrong before we get started? Not at all. That's exactly what the intake form and your pre-session conversation are for. Your practitioner is trained to help you identify the root of what's holding you back, even if you can't name it yet. You just need to show up honestly and they'll take care of the rest.
What happens after the session? After your session you'll receive your personalized 21-day transformation audio, created specifically for your journey. This is what cements the shift, because lasting change happens through repetition and integration, not just a single breakthrough moment. Our client care team will also check in with you throughout the 21 days to support you as you integrate your new beliefs into everyday life.
